Project Background:

To enhance the emergency power supply capacity of Kazakhstan’s municipal grid, FuDianKang recently delivered three 2000KW high-pressure common rail diesel generator sets to a city in KZ. The generator sets were equipped with imported Cummins engine, model: QSK60-G21, Stamford alternator, model: P80HVSI804S, and household in 40’ containers, specifically engineered to withstand Central Asia’s extreme climate and complex operating conditions. This project highlights the deep application of Chinese-made energy equipment in Belt and Road Initiative countries.

1.Smart Fuel Injection Technology Ensures Performance in Extreme Climates

The generator sets adopt an electronically controlled high-pressure common rail fuel system, utilizing the ECU to precisely regulate injection timing and pressure. It demonstrates exceptional cold-start capabilities in Kazakhstan’s harsh winter conditions while maintaining stable output during summer heatwaves, meeting operational requirements across a broad temperature range of -30°C to 45°C.
